Qvestify provides portfolio tracking, watchlist monitoring, calculators, and analytics tools for Pakistan Stock Exchange investors. Qvestify is not a broker, custodian, investment advisor, or tax advisor.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring that your account information is accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Service Access
Qvestify is currently provided free of charge to all registered users. We reserve the right to update features, modify service offerings, or introduce optional enhancements in the future.
5. Fair Use
You agree to use Qvestify in accordance with applicable laws. Attempting to abuse APIs, bypass rate limits, or disrupt service availability may result in account suspension.
6. No Financial Advice
Information shown in Qvestify is for tracking and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Qvestify is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qvestify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses resulting from user decisions.
